Yes! Each plan comes with SSL Encryption so you can keep your site secure. Showit hosting also maintains backups of site designs.
Is Showit right for my business?
If you are a service-based business, have a blog, or want to launch an informational website, Showit is perfect for you. It’s easy-to-update interface makes it perfect for DIY websites. Showit does not provide e-commerce functionality unless you integrate Thrivecart or Shopify.

Is Showit SEO friendly?
With Showit, you can quickly implement SEO settings such as meta descriptions, meta keywords, page titles, and text tags. Each template includes an SEO checklist that can help you optimize your website.
How much is Showit?
Showit includes 3 subscription tiers, starting out at $19 a month for annual. If your website includes a blog (which is included in each template), purchase the middle tier, which is around $24 per month.
You can also easily switch your current domain over to Showit.
I already have a domain. How can I transfer it to my new Showit website?
Showit’s support team can easily transfer your domain over to Showit. Start by contacting them through the platform’s chat box. A team member will respond with DNS records and instructions on applying them to your domain.

I currently have a blog and need to migrate content. How do I do that with Showit?
Showit’s support team can easily migrate your blog posts from Wordpress or Squarespace. If you have to migrate fewer than 50 posts from WordPress or Squarespace, subscribe to the middle tier for $24 per month.
Can I use your templates on another platform?
My templates are only available through the Showit platform. Try it out!
What if I need help with my template?
If you have any template questions, or need further customization on your template or your branding, check out my services page.
What is the licensing policy for Showit add-ons?
While add-ons can be used on multiple websites, we kindly request that you refrain from sharing Showit share keys with others, unless they have purchased them. If you intend to utilize the add-ons as a commercial products, a separate licensing agreement is necessary. For further details, please contact us at info@amandapenadesign.com.
Template FAQs
What exactly will I get with each template purchase?
Within minutes of making your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get started with your new template. This email will include training videos, resources, and the share code to add the template to your Showit account.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the product, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be provided. Any concerns related to your purchase, such as difficulties with access, should be reported to us within 10 days of the purchase date.
Web Services FAQs
For services-based projects, I offer two weeks of email post support to help you on your way. Showit also has fantastic support staff, which you can easily access through their chatbot on the platform. They help with any technical issues or questions that may arise.

The Website in a Week package includes 6 pages. What if I want additional pages or need a blog?
As your business grows, you might need more pages to add to your website or start a blog. If you have blog posts from an older site and want to keep them, Showit can easily migrate them over to your new account. I can provide these services for an additional fee.
The Brand Refresh Kit includes a “Wordmark” logo. What is the difference between a regular logo and a “wordmark” logo?
Wordmark logos are text-based logos that do not include icons or graphic elements.
I need hosting. Where can I get a domain?
I recommend NameCheap when it comes to buying a domain URL and hosting your website. I’ve used it years. They also have great support.
